City Design Studio is a company that specializes in designing and constructing tiny homes both on wheels and as fixed structures! We are a green innovation company, meaning that we provide green consulting and strive to use reclaimed materials when possible.  Each home is built-to-order and takes about 6 to 8 weeks to construct. This is a 20-foot tiny home trailer that is a perfect getaway home on wheels. It features a set of custom built french doors which open up to a naturally lit space that has everything you need from a home like this: counter space, room for storage, a mini-fridge and microwave, and a full size bed right next to a wet room. The unit also features a Mirage A/C unit, a 3-tank water system with a dual flush toilet, and wall insulation rated at R-13.5, with the ceiling and floor at R-20. It sits on a diamond plate trailer and the frame for the unit is made from 2” steel square bars for optimal studiness. Both stable and sleek, this unit has a refined modern look with PVC panels on the outside accompanied by LED light strips that will be placed in the recesses of the exterior and interior to elevate the Evolution unit even further.
