City Design Studio is a company that specializes in designing and constructing tiny homes both on wheels and as fixed structures! We are a green innovation company, meaning that we provide green consulting and strive to use reclaimed materials when possible.  Each home is built-to-order and takes about 6 to 8 weeks to construct. Included in the price of the home is assembly and delivery within a 1,000 mile radius from our homebase city, Chicago, IL (or Lake Havasu, AZ for our clients on the west coast).
