This is a design plan that is one of our best-sellers at City Design. It is a 20’x10’ tiny home that can be made either on a trailer or as a standalone unit. This model features cathedral ceilings at 12 feet, leaving lots of room for a loft, storage, utility, and most of all, comfort. Within the unit you will find a full-size bathroom, lots of closet space underneath the staircase, and a full kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave and 12-inch sink. The loft in the unit can hold a queen size bed, and both the loft and the spacious living room are wonderfully lit with plenty of natural lighting. Additionally, the unit includes a mini-split A/C as well as recessed lighting both in and outside.
